Who operates www.tuzoltokeszulek.com?
Our company, Maxfire Brandschutz Kft., was founded in 2014 and we have been growing continuously since then. Currently, our team consists of 6 people and is constantly working to provide you with the best service and the most professional products.

Do you have to register to buy?
Not! You can even buy without registration, but we usually recommend registration, because this way you can track your order on the profile interface, and you can even change the delivery or payment method until the order is processed.
Can I receive the product in person?
Yes, we can provide this opportunity, but currently only in Békéscsaba. Our shop, office and warehouse are located here. This is not possible in our Budaörs office.
Can I buy as an individual or as a company?
Yes, you can shop with us in both cases, but please note that when entering the invoicing data, select whether you would like to request an invoice as an individual or a company. If you are buying as a company, you definitely need to enter your tax number.
I purchased as an individual, can I subsequently request an invoice for a company?
Unfortunately not. In the case of a product that has been delivered and already paid for, this is not possible afterwards. This is not possible from an accounting point of view.
Why can't I ask over the phone?
Did many of you think that our customer service has stopped? In the traditional telephone format, yes, because we can only professionally serve more than two thousand customers a month if our colleagues pay the most attention to the orders that have already been received. On our site, in the Knowledge base interface, in the Packages for you category, we tried to provide all the important information for the right selection. Shipping related questions
How and when can I get the ordered product?
You can choose from several options when placing your order. You can order the product with home delivery, which is delivered to you by GLS and Raben Hungary. In some cases, Magyar Posta Logistics will deliver the fragile package to your home. In the order delivery notification letter, you will find a package number, which you can enter here on the GLS page and here on the RABEN page. Don't worry, the courier service will always send you an email.
But you can request not only home delivery, but also delivery of the products to a parcel machine. In this case, however, there is a size limit, so if you put a product in the basket that is already oversized, the Foxpost option cannot be selected.
How long does it take for you to deliver the package?
In any case, our goal is to send the package on the same day. The courier service collects packages from our warehouse every day at 1 p.m., so an order must arrive by noon at the latest in order for it to be fulfilled. BUT! In many cases, our products are fragile and must be packaged differently for each type of product, and protective packaging must also be used so that, for example, a fire extinguisher does not blow off during transport. If my colleagues do not finish the packaging by 1 p.m., it will be shipped the next day. GLS typically delivers the product within 1 business day.
Can I request Saturday delivery?
Currently, this is not yet possible, as we would have to charge a 50% higher shipping cost. We would like our shipping costs to remain low.
Questions about products
How much warranty is there for the products for consumers?
This is determined by law. 151/2003. (IX. 22.) Govt. decree on the mandatory warranty for certain consumer durables based on:
§ 2 (1) Duration of the warranty:
a) one year in the case of a sale price of HUF 10,000 but not exceeding HUF 100,000,
b) two years in the case of a sale price exceeding HUF 100,000 but not exceeding HUF 250,000,
c) three years above the selling price of HUF 250,000.
Fire extinguishers
Do I have to certify the fire extinguisher after I bought it from you?
In all cases, we sell new devices that have been tested by the manufacturer. You can find the production date on the sticker affixed to the fire extinguisher. If your company needs hologram authentication, you can find it as an extra service under the basket button for all products. Our colleagues will then carry out the basic maintenance.
How many years does a fire extinguisher last?
The service life of a standard fire extinguisher is 20 years if the required maintenance is carried out regularly.
Do I need to keep a log of the devices?
Yes, if you are required by law to be on standby, you must keep a fire protection operation log. That's why we don't ask for money, you can download it from our site. You can find it here
I couldn't find an answer to my question! What should I do?

Questions about payment methods
Can I choose a different payment method than what appears in the store?
Yes, this is possible based on an individual assessment. However, it is important to note that the prices displayed in the store are valid only with the displayed payment method. In each case, we decide on the possibility of this based on an individual assessment. In all cases, the cost of the 30-day payment surcharge is equal to the value of the central bank's base interest rate.
Is a payment method longer than 30 days possible?
No, this is not possible, the maximum payment deadline is 30 days from the date of dispatch or receipt of the product.
Order related questions
Can I place an order by e-mail?
Yes, this is possible at info@maxfire.hu. However, it is important to take into account that we cannot accept the individual conditions stipulated in the order, the order must always be finalized with the online store user created for the customer.
Can I request individual data for the invoice?
Yes, this is possible. We can include a project or individual order number on the invoice. This request must be entered in the comments field on the website's shopping cart interface. However, it is not possible to change individual article numbers and product names, as our invoicing is automated.
